next Play&Workshops

Our next Rhythm Play&Workshop is going to happen on
Saturday 25 May 1.30-4.30pm at Inch Community Centre.

As always there is absolutely no previous experience necessary as we will make a lot of
our own music out of the moment and anything goes...
The afternoon session is open to adults and teenagers 12 years+ accompanied by an adult.
As always there will be a snack/light lunch with coffee/tea to break up the session and give
everyone a proper chance to chat and get to know new people.

This month's guest facilitator is Carol O'Connor, experienced Dancer and Dance Teacher.
Carol is going to run a NIA dance session with everybody. NIA is a fantastic way of moving the body!

Come and learn more about loads of drums, percussion and sound instruments - how to play
them and how to use them in a spontaneous way in a relaxed atmosphere.

Cost for the entire afternoon including snack is only €25 and booking is absolutely necessary
as spaces are limited and usually fill up very fast.
